Why yoga? Simple. Yoga helps improve flexibility, balance, core strength, endurance, breathing and focus - beneficial for climbers of all levels.
Our 60-minute classes will focus on injury prevention and strength development using a variety of techniques suitable for all skill levels, including those that have never practiced yoga before.
- Mon @ 7 PM with Alyson Redmond - "Start Your Week Right" combines aspects from different styles of yoga with an emphasis on deep stretching and injury prevention.
- Tues @ 7 PM with Jeanette Rosario - "Flex & Flow" yoga using light weights and continuous movement for a more physically intense approach to traditional yoga.
- Weds @ 7 PM with Géraldine Gyger - "Stretching for All Skills" yoga with an emphasis on fundamental postures, flexibility, and breathing techniques.
Non Members: $18 per class (includes day pass)
