Questionnaire

Black Rock Bouldering Gym is first, and foremost, a training center and fitness facility. Parents must take the upmost care to keep their child(ren) and other members and guests safe.

The following rules are in place to help provide a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone:

• There must be 1 ADULT FOR EVERY 1 CHILD under 3 years old in your group. Children under 3 years old are not allowed on the padded flooring or within climbing and fitness areas without approval from management.
• There must be 1 ADULT FOR EVERY 2 CHILDREN that are 3-13 years old in your group. 
• All children 13 and younger must be directly & actively supervised - this means keeping children within arm's reach at all times. 
• Children under 16 are not permitted in the Fitness & Training Area unless directly supervised by an approved BRBG Coach. Exceptions may be made by management. 
• All participates under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver on their behalf to use the facility.
• Be aware of your surroundings when you have infants and small children in the climbing areas. You are responsible for keeping them out of harm's way, both for themselves and other members and guests.
